Buttocks Augmentation: The Safest Non-Surgical Method Via PMMA Microspheres

The procedure called Non-surgical BBL for Buttocks Augmentation, technically known as Gluteal Bioplasty, requires biocompatible and safe injectable substances, in order to comply with safety medical protocols preventing any type of negative side effect.

Linnea Safe is a legitimate and duly certified Brazilian brand of PMMA microspheres used to perform buttock augmentation procedures. It does not migrate and stimulates fibroblasts to generate collagen and elastin fibers, essential elements that constitute the connective tissue layers that strengthen the internal gluteal tissues, acting as a strong scaffolding network to support them, preventing their descent.

The manufacturing process of PMMA microspheres uses an advanced technology called Uniform Microsphere Smooth Surface (UMSS) which aims to generate identical, perfect, spherical and smooth microspheres, thus ensuring rapid encapsulation while avoiding migration of the product and resulting in fast and permanent results.

Microspheres that lack uniformity, smoothness and proper size (ie large enough to avoid migration and phagocytosis, yet sufficiently small as to avoid granuloma formation), will not meet desirable standards, thus translating into a lower quality result.

Achieving the necessary medical knowledge and expertise in the art of sculpting the buttocks by means of Bioplasty, requires years of experience.

An example of adipose tissues totally burnt out by excessive training, leaving muscles without their natural fat coverage

Some Brazilian colleagues advocate that the PMMA dermal filler should be injected directly into the gluteal muscles; we radically disagree with this approach since the muscles are highly vascularized and innervated areas made up of myriads of microfibrils. We do not really understand what function the PMMA microspheres serve once enclosed within the gluteal muscles, other than the eventual risk of passing into the bloodstream.

What gives volume, naturalness and beauty to the buttocks is the firm and plump adipose tissue found in the subcutaneous layer, below the dermis and above the muscle. It is useless to try and develop the muscle by injecting it with PMMA microspheres, this can only be achieved with physical exercise; instead, it is about replacing the lost adipose tissue and/or reinforcing the connective tissue network to restore vitality and youthfulness to the gluteal area, seen as a whole, i.e. buttocks and hips. This is the true function of Linnea Safe dermal filler, a substitute for adipose tissue and not a muscle building product, such a thing simply does not exist.

We respectfully differ, not only about the technique used by them, but also about the very small amount of PMMA that these doctors apply, which is probably motivated by the great blood supply that the gluteal muscle has, compared to the natural adipose layers of the body, where the microspheres have no risk of entering any blood vessel.
This may be why our colleagues do not dare to go beyond 80-120 cc per side.

It is important to say that injecting the product into the gluteal muscles in order to perform Buttocks Augmentation, leaves the lateral contour of the gluteal area (hips) totally unattended; with this “intramuscular technique”, which does not take into account the value of the gluteal volume and its lateral modeling, one of the primary characteristics of beautiful buttocks, which is their gracefulness, jiggling and plumpness, is blatantly ignored.

With our technique of injecting subdermally where the adipose tissue currently resides, we can safely far surpass the meager amounts that Brazilian doctors inject intramuscularly, thus achieving relevant buttock projection and harmonious shaping of the buttock contour for relevant and natural results in the gluteal/hip context.
